The Academy of Maritime Education and Training (AMET) has gained recognition from UGC (the University Grant Commission). AMET has been accredited by NAAC with “A” grade, and ARIIA (Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements).
The AMET has also been approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), NBA (National Board of Accreditation), and NAD (National Academic Depository).
The AMET has received several other rankings and recognitions. AMET has secured 151st rank out of 312 in India under NIRF 2023. According to the International Association of Maritime Universities, AMET was also ranked 3rd in worldwide.
