Bhagwant University is recognized by UGC (the University Grants Commission), DGMS (Directorate General of Mines Safety), and the Higher Education Ministry Department of Thailand.
It has been approved by Rajasthan State Bharat Scouts and Guides (RSBSG), PCI (Pharmacy Council of India), AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), NCTE (National Council for Teaching Education), and BCI (Bar Council of India).
Bhagwant University also holds membership with several other organizations such as the Membership of the Indian Science Congress Association, AIU, ACU, AIMA, FICCI, and Indian Association of Physiotherapists.
