• The state legislature of the Government of Haryana founded BML Munjal University in Gurugram, Haryana, under Act No. 21 of 2014.

• The University Grant Commission (UGC), New Delhi's highest administrative authority, has approved BML Munjal University in Gurugram, Haryana.

• The Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi, has accredited BML Munjal University's School of Law as a provider of legal education.

• The Association of Indian Universities also has BMU as a permanent member since its inception.

• Secured 6^th position in Best Academia Industry Alliance- Education World 2022-2023.

• Secured 7^th position among Private Engineering and Technology Universities –Education World 2022-2023.
