The Indian Institute of Information Technology Kalyani offers various scholarships and fellowships to students belonging to economically weaker sections of society and students who belong to backward classes of society. The institute provides information to its students for obtaining scholarships under the schemes of Central and State Governments.
The IIIT Kalyani scholarships include tuition fee waivers and financial aid provided by the Prime Minister Research Fellowship (PMRF), Uttar Pradesh Scholarship Scheme, AICTE and UGC Scholarships, and many more.
The scholarships help students in their academic life by providing a concession in the annual tuition fees or hostel fees. The tuition fee waiver scheme is given strictly on a merit basis as per the notification of the West Bengal Government.
