Experts from the industry assist the Institute in running its in-house student training program. A curriculum covering the functional and behavioural domains is created and implemented for the students to prepare them for the workforce, taking into account the demands of industry. Through group discussions, case studies, in-basket exercises, etc., several simulated activities are arranged. A series of exposure visits to professional organizations is organized by the Training and Placement Cell in addition to other things.
