JSS AHER Deemed to be University, Mysuru – Application/Admission Process

• Before trying to apply for any Programme/Course available in JSS AHER Deemed University, it is essential for the candidates to check the eligibility criteria prescribed and listed on the official website.

• Candidates who are fulfilling the eligibility criteria are required to apply online by filling up the online application form available on the JSS AHER Deemed University website.

• The application form must be duly filled with all details and the following documents are required to be attached. Candidates need to carry these documents in original at the time of reporting to JSSAHER, Mysuru.

1. Certified copy of Marks sheet/grade of the qualifying examination (must be in English).
2. Certified copy of Grade equivalent to Marks by Boards/Schools
3. Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate
4. No objection Certificate
5. Caste/Community Certificate, if applicable
6. Migration Certificate, if applicable
7. ID Proof (Aadhar/Voter’s ID/Driving Licence/PAN Card)
8. Passport size photograph

• Candidates must upload scan copies of the above documents and the latest passport-size photo and signature in JPG format as separate files.

• Then, candidates need to pay the application fee as applicable using Debit/Credit/Net Banking mode.

• After successful completion of payment of the fee, candidates need to obtain a printout of the form and attach a passport-size photo to the same.  This form is required to be submitted at the time of document verification.

• Upon receipt of the application form, the JSS AHER officials shall verify the documents and check if they meet the eligibility criteria. Based on the results of verification, a provisional admission letter shall be forwarded along with fee details. 

• After completing the formalities like depositing the fee, and document verification, students must report to the JSS AHER Mysuru for final admission. The University shall send the admission letter on receipt of all the required details.

• Students should report to the JSS AHER Deemed University along with the admission letter at the time of commencement of the academic session.
