TMU offers several scholarships based on need and merit. The University offers scholarships for SC/ ST, disability, and Minority category candidates. The University also offers scholarships for sportspersons.

All Jain students will be given a rebate in their tuition fees as follows:
100% scholarship to Jain Brahmchari, Brahmacharini & Jain widows for B.A./M.A. (Jainology) programs.
For a PhD program in Jainology, all Jain Candidates will get a 100% scholarship.
Differently, abled students will receive full scholarships on a case-by-case basis for the entire course. The scholarship amount will depend on the severity of the disability being generated (as determined by the District Hospital). The scholarship's specifics will be disclosed later after the committee formed for the purpose has made a decision.
