The AEEE 2027 admit card (hall ticket) will be released online on the official Amrita admission portal (aeee.amrita.edu) separately for Phase 1 and Phase 2. It is expected to be issued in mid-to-late January 2027 for Phase 1 and mid-April 2027 for Phase 2. Candidates can only generate and download their hall ticket after successfully completing the AEEE online slot booking process, where they choose their preferred exam date, test city, and time slot on a first-come, first-served basis. To download the admit card, applicants must log in to the Amrita Online Application Portal (AOAP) using their registered email ID or application number and OTP / password. The admit card is a mandatory document that contains crucial details such as the candidate's name, registration number, allotted exam centre address, shift timing, and exam-day instructions. Candidates must carry a printed hard copy of the admit card along with a valid original government photo ID (such as an Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or PAN card) to the examination centre. Amrita University does not send physical admit cards by post or email, and candidates are advised to preserve their admit cards until the final B.Tech admission and counselling process is completed.

To download your AEEE 2027 Admit Card (hall ticket), you must first complete the online slot booking process on the Amrita portal.
Follow these steps to complete slot booking and download your admit card:
Go to the official Amrita Online Application Portal (AOAP) at aeee.amrita.edu.
Enter your registered Email ID or Mobile Number and request an OTP. Input the received OTP to access your candidate dashboard.
Click on the AEEE Slot Booking link. Select your preferred exam city, test date, and exam time slot from the available options. Confirm your selection (Note: Slots cannot be modified once confirmed).
Once your slot is confirmed, the system will display the Print / Download Admit Card button. Click the button to view your generated hall ticket and save it as a PDF.
Print at least two clear color hard copies of the admit card. Check all details—such as candidate name, exam center address, shift timings, and photograph—for accuracy.
