AEEE 2026 Application Form

AEEE APPLICATION FORM 2026 

The AEEE application form 2026 will be made available on the official website, aeee.amrita.edu, by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham SOON in October 2025. The AEEE 2026 exam will be administered by Amrita in phases, and the application forms for each phase will be made available at the same time. The application deadline, however, will change.

 It is anticipated that the link to the AEEE 2026 application form would be active until January 2026 for the exam's first phase. All phases' AEEE 2026 enrollment dates will be posted on Amrita University's official website.

Step-by-Step How to Fill AEEE 2026 Application Form

Registration / Sign Up

  • Go to the official portal (e.g. AOAP / AEEE portal).
  • Provide your email ID or mobile number (or both). You’ll get an OTP (one-time password) to verify.
  • Fill in basic details: name, date of birth, address, etc.

Fill Out the Application Form

  • After registration, log in and fill in:
    • Personal details (name, parent’s name, address, contact)  
    • Academic details (Class 10, Class 12 / appearing status)
    • Mode of admission: choose whether applying via AEEE exam, JEE Main, or both.
    • Choose exam centre preferences, date and slot (during slot booking).
    • Branch / campus preferences (if required) and other declarations.

Uploading Documents / Images

  • Upload scanned photograph and signature (in specified format, size)
    • Photo: typically 3.5 × 4.5 cm, less than 200 KB, JPEG / JPG format
    • Signature: similar size / format constraints.
  • Upload other documents as required (Class 10 marksheet, 12th marksheet / provisional if appearing, category certificate if applicable)

Preview / Verification

  • Verify all entries carefully. Once you finalize, proceed to payment.

Payment of Application Fee

  • Pay the required application fee (online) via credit card / debit card / net banking / UPI, etc.
  • The application is complete only after successful payment.

Slot Booking

  • After form submission, you may have to do slot booking: select exam date, time slot, and exam centre (from your preferred list) as per availability.
  • Once booked, the date/slot is usually final and cannot be changed.

Admit Card / Hall Ticket

  • After slot booking, the admit card (hall ticket) is issued. You’ll need your login credentials to download it.
  • Carry the admit card and a valid photo ID to the exam centre.

Form Correction (if allowed)

  • There may be a window during which minor corrections are allowed (for limited fields).
  • After correction window closes, changes usually are not permitted.

Q1. When will the AEEE 2026 application form be released?

Ans. It is expected in October 2025 for Phase I.

Q2. Is the application in offline mode also available?

Ans. No, it is strictly online only via Amrita’s portal.

Q3. Can I apply even if I’m appearing for 10+2 in 2026?

Ans. Yes, candidates whose 12th results are awaited can apply, subject to meeting eligibility by counselling time.

Q4. What is the fee and how to pay?

Ans. Fee is via online payment (card / net banking etc.). Fee varies: Rs 1,200 for AEEE / combined, Rs 500 for JEE Main only.

Q5. Do I need to send a physical / printed form?

Ans. No, there is typically no requirement to send a printed form to the university. All submissions are online.
