AEEE COUNSELING 2026 

Qualified candidates are assigned seats in Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham's B.Tech programs through the AEEE Counseling procedure, which is determined by their JEE Main scores or AEEE 2026 ranks. Under the Centralized Seat Allotment Process (CSAP), it is typically handled in a hybrid online and offline format. Candidates who do not participate in counseling will not be able to get a seat, even if they are eligible for AEEE.

Eligibility for Counselling

  • Candidates must have:
    1. Qualified AEEE 2026 (Phase 1 / Phase 2) OR submitted JEE Main 2026 score.
    2. Completed AEEE Application Form successfully.
    3. Submitted required documents for verification

AEEE Counselling Process – Step by Step

  1. Registration / Login
    • Log in on the AEEE portal using Application Number / Email ID.
    • Confirm eligibility and fill in counselling registration details.
  2. Choice Filling / Seat Preferences
    • Select preferred campuses, B.Tech branches, and seat types (merit, NRI, or sponsored).
  3. Seat Allotment
    • Based on AEEE rank / JEE Main score and choices filled, seats are allotted.
    • Seat allotment is done in phases; candidates can accept, upgrade, or withdraw depending on allotment.
  4. Document Verification
    • Candidates must submit original documents for verification at the allotted counselling centre or online (if hybrid).
    • Typical documents:
      • 10th & 12th Mark Sheets
      • Birth Certificate / Passport
      • Category Certificate (if applicable)
      • AEEE 2026 Admit Card & Scorecard
      • Photo ID proof
  5. Payment of Seat Confirmation Fee
    • After verification, pay the seat confirmation fee to confirm admission.
  6. Reporting to Campus
    • Once seat is confirmed, report to the allotted campus by the specified date to complete admission formalities.
