GMAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Graduate Management Aptitude Test (GMAT) is a computer-based adaptive test conducted by the Graduate Management Admission Cell (GMAC) throughout the year for intake into various Postgraduate Courses (Master of Science) outside India and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in India. Candidates applying for GMAT 2024 must first check the eligibility criteria. If authorities found that the candidate is not eligible after payment of the application fee, then his/her application will be rejected. GMAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Academic:

There is no minimum or maximum academic qualification limit.  The majority of the candidates are either undergraduate students in their final year or working professionals.  Candidates who are not falling under the above two categories are also eligible to appear for GMAT 2024.

Age:

• Must have completed 18 years of age.
• Candidates in the age group of 13-18 years of age can also appear provided they submit a permission Parental Consent Form duly filled in and signed by Parents to be mailed to gmatparentalconsent@pearson.com
• There is no upper age limit.

Experience:

There is no specific minimum or maximum threshold in the criterion of Experience.  Candidates with or without experience are eligible to appear for GMAT 2024.        

Medium of Instruction:

Candidates with non-English Medium academics are also eligible to register for GMAT 2024.

A number of attempts:

• Candidates can appear at GMAT once every 16 Calendar days, with a cap of 5 attempts in a 12-month period.
• A Candidate is not eligible to appear for more than 8 attempts in his/her lifetime.
• If a candidate has achieved a higher possible score of 800, he/she must wait for at least 5 years for the next attempt.
