Q1. What is the duration of the GMAT 2026 exam?
Ans. The total timed duration of the GMAT is 2 hours and 15 minutes (135 minutes), plus one optional 10-minute break that can be taken after the first or second section.
Q2. How is the Quantitative section structured?
Ans. It consists strictly of 21 multiple-choice Problem Solving questions focused on Algebra and Arithmetic. Traditional Geometry and Data Sufficiency questions are no longer included in this section.
Q3. What does the Data Insights section evaluate?
Ans. Data Insights evaluates your data literacy, analyzing your capacity to interpret tables, evaluate graphs, analyze multi-source data tabs, and solve complex two-part logical problems.
Q4. Can candidates select the order of test sections?
Ans. Yes. Test-takers can personalize their exam flow by choosing any of the six possible permutations of Quantitative, Verbal, and Data Insights at the start of the test.
