Steps of Application Process

New User Registration: Visit hptechboard.com > Online Admission portal > Click "New Registration". Enter name, DOB, email, mobile, create password, and captcha. Receive application number and login credentials via SMS/email.

Login & Fill Form: Use application number and password to login. Complete personal details (address, category, domicile), educational qualification (Class 10 marks/subjects), preferred test center, and stream (Engineering/Pharmacy/Architecture/HMCT). Verify details before saving.

Upload Documents: Scan and upload recent passport-size photo (JPEG, 10-100 KB), signature (JPEG, 5-50 KB), and Class 10 marksheet (if passed, PDF/JPG <200 KB). Ensure clear images; poor quality leads to rejection.

Pay Fee & Submit: Select payment mode (debit/credit card, net banking). Fees: General – Rs 650, SC/ST/OBC – Rs 400. After successful payment, download/print confirmation page with barcode. No edits allowed post-submission.
