MICAT 2021 Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria of MICAT has been announced by MICA. According to MICAT eligibility criteria, candidates who have scores in CAT 2021, XAT 2021 or GMAT (2021 onwards) are eligible to appear for the exam. Besides, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Students who are in the final year of their graduation are also eligible to apply. The examination authority has not prescribed any age limit for applying to MICAT exam. MICAT is conducted for admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Management - Communications (PGDM-C). The exam is conducted twice in a year – MICAT-I and MICAT-II. Online. Read below MICAT eligibility criteria 2021 before applying for the exam.

 

MICAT Eligibility Criteria 2021

  The applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree (as per 10+2+3 system) from a recognised institute or university or equivalent qualification in any discipline which is recognised by Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

  • Final year graduation students can also apply. However, they must submit the proof of completing graduation within the specified dates.
  • To fulfil MICAT eligibility criteria  the candidates must have appeared for any one of the three management entrance exams –
  • Common Admission Test 2021
  • Xavier Aptitude Test 2021
  • Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) (2021 onwards)
  • Foreign nationals are also eligible to apply. However, they must hold a foreign passport and have GMAT scores (2021 onwards) of 600+.
  • Non-Resident Indians can apply with GMAT scores (2021 onwards).
  • MICAT 2021 eligibility criteria state that “Candidates who demonstrate an aptitude for expressing, assessing, and /or conceiving ideas that move people to action and achieve business results tend to stand a better chance of being shortlisted”.
