The application process for NMIMS NLAT 2027 is conducted online through the official portal of NMIMS University. Candidates seeking admission to the 5-year integrated law programs must complete the step-by-step registration procedure prior to booking their examination slot.

Step 1: Online Registration

  1. Visit the official portal (nmimsnlat.in or nmims.edu).

  2. Click on "Apply Now" and select the Law / NLAT portal.

  3. Fill in basic details: Full Name, Active Mobile Number, Valid Email Address, and Date of Birth.

  4. Verify registration details through the OTP sent to your registered mobile number/email ID.

Step 2: Form Filling & Profile Setup

  1. Log in using the credentials generated during registration.

  2. Complete personal information, parent/guardian details, and address for communication.

  3. Fill in complete academic record details (Class 10 and Class 12 board marks/appearing status).

Step 3: Course & Campus Preference Selection

  1. Choose the preferred integrated degree program(s):

    • B.A., LL.B. (Hons.)

    • B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.)

  2. Select campus preferences in order of priority:

    • Mumbai

    • Navi Mumbai

    • Bengaluru

    • Hyderabad

    • Chandigarh

    • Indore

Step 4: Document Uploads

Upload clear scanned copies of required documents in the prescribed file formats (JPEG/PNG/PDF):

  • Recent passport-sized photograph

  • Scanned signature

  • Class 10 mark sheet

  • Class 12 mark sheet (or admit card if appearing in 2027)

  • Valid Government ID proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or PAN Card)

Step 5: Application Fee Payment

  • Pay the non-refundable registration fee using available online payment modes (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI).

  • Additional fees apply if registering for multiple test retakes/attempts as per university policies.

Step 6: Test Slot Scheduling & Admit Card Download

  1. After successful fee payment, log in to the test scheduling system.

  2. Select the preferred exam date, time slot, and test centre location.

  3. Confirm the scheduling to generate the NLAT 2027 Admit Card.

  4. Download and print the admit card for presentation on the exam day.
