The Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) 2026 is the gateway for aspiring law students seeking admission into undergraduate law programs like BA LL.B (Hons.) and BBA LL.B (Hons.) at Symbiosis Law Schools (Pune, Noida, Hyderabad, Nagpur). To ensure a fair and transparent selection process, Symbiosis International University (SIU) specifies eligibility criteria that candidates must meet before applying. These criteria cover educational qualifications, minimum marks, age limits, and nationality, including separate provisions for international students. SLAT 2026 Detailed Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Candidate must have passed or appearing in Class 12 / Higher Secondary / Equivalent from a recognized board.
  • Students awaiting results of Class 12 can also apply, but must submit proof of passing before admission.

Minimum Marks

  • General / OBC candidates: 45% aggregate in Class 12.
  • SC / ST candidates: 40% aggregate in Class 12.

Age Limit

  • There is no upper age limit for SLAT 2026.

International Candidates (FN / OCI / PIO / NRI)

  • Must be Foreign National, OCI/PIO cardholder, or NRI.
  • For NRIs: At least one of 10th or 12th exams should be completed outside India.
  • Seats Reservation: 20% of seats in each program are reserved for international candidates under SCIE.

PwD / Differently Abled Candidates

  • 3% of total seats are reserved for Persons with Disabilities (PwD).
  • Candidates must provide a valid disability certificate and a Unique Disability ID (UDID).
  • Scribe/writer facility can be arranged by the candidate (scribe should not be beyond 9th standard).
