However, placements in lower branches such as Civil, Chemical, and Biotechnology tend to be average, prompting many students to opt for higher studies or off-campus jobs. The location can feel isolated and administrative delays are common, but the peer group, legacy, and alumni network add immense value. Hostel life teaches independence, while the extracurriculars enrich overall development. Advice for Aspirants: Choose your branch wisely, based on long-term goals—not just cut-offs. Stay proactive, build your resume early, and take advantage of the many opportunities available. BIT MESRA holds a good reputation among engineering college. The bad aspect of this college is its high fees, making it difficult for middle class families to afford without loans or educational grants. The good aspect of this college is its placement , the average package of CSE branch is 20 LPA.

I am a student in computer science and with this college, I increase my coding skill. This college contains very good placement cell. This year all the big companies came to select us such as Google, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs etc. The teachers in this College are very supportive.
