Admission to the PhD courses is based on entrance test (PET) followed by an online interview conducted by DY Patil Deemed to be University.

The Candidate must be either 17 years of age or attain the age at the time of admission. Candidate must have passed HSC (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized Board, securing minimum 50% marks in the aggregate of all subjects. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English are compulsory and the student should have cleared either Mathematics / Biology in standard XII examinations leading to an aggregate of 50% as mentioned above.The Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and OBC students shall have relaxation of 10% in the aggregate marks required for eligibility.

The candidate should have appeared in MHT-CET 2020 (PCM)/JEE MAIN(Paper-1) 2020/Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT)/ (DYPRAIT-ET 2020)examination and should have obtained non zero score in this qualifying examination. Candidates must have completed at least 10+2 level of education with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects. The minimum score requirement may vary but General candidates must have scored at least 50% marks in the Intermediate examination

Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations. B. Pharm lateral entry (Sem III): D. Pharm. Passed from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.

Candidates having passed 10+2 exam or equivalent examination in any stream from a recognized educational board with Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology can eligible to pursue D. Pharm.

A graduate student having completed three years Science degree programme in Biotechnology /Bioinformatics/ Life sciences / Zoology / Botany / Chemistry / Microbiology / Applied Biology / Biochemistry / Genetics / M.B.B.S. / B.D.S. / M. V. Sc. with minimum 50% marks.

A graduate student having completed any of the following with minimum 50% marks in B.E / B.Tech Biotechnology / Bioinformatics / Chemical Engineering / Biomedical Engineering / Bioprocess Technology / B.Pharm / M.B.B.S. / B.D.S. Or M.Sc. and equivalent.

Eligibility Criteria – Candidate should have Passed H. Sc. Science (12th Standard) or its equivalent in the subjects of (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) PCB and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks taken together in PCB at the qualifying examination (10+2). Upper age limit is 35 years .

Have passed General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) from a recognized Institute and registered with State Board.

Have passed baccalaureate degree with 50% of marks and one year of professional experience.

M. Sc. or M.Phil.

Candidate graduated from any recognised University or its equivalent and secured not less than 40% marks in aggregate of any stream(Science, Commerce, Arts, Home Science, MCVC etc.)

Students interested in pursuing PhD in Hospitality and Tourism should have minimum 55% in the Master’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent from a recognized university.

Candidate having passed XII th std examination of any State Board of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent and secured not less than 40% marks in aggregate of any stream

Candidates who have qualified the aptitude test i.e. NATA or JEE, with pass percentage in 10+2 scheme of Examination with PCM or 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch

Candidate should have passed B.Arch. with 50% aggregate or equivalent course recognised by the Council of Architecture.
