How the SEQI would do the appraisal:
The evaluation would be founded on 34 pointers including the learning results, get to results, value results, administration handle and auxiliary changes embraced by states
The SEQI will figure the file every year on each of the five spaces
"SEQI will figure yearly state level scores on a composite file and report yearly change of states along key areas of instruction quality," NITI Aayog wrote in a letter to wellbeing service, as indicated by reports.
"While the SEQI will be measured in "levels", the objective is less to think about the levels of this record crosswise over states as to look at the enhancements that states make on this list every year," said the letter. "This will empower states that are powerful in enhancing key results to be perceived and for their effective strategies to be shared and received crosswise over different states," the letter included.
The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) will direct a yearly overview to make the figuring and confirmation more practical and get change learning results. "On the off chance that sufficient information is not accessible, superb outside outsider appraisals of learning might be utilized," said one authority who wished to stay mysterious.
"The primary form of SEQI to be out in 2017 will utilize area data arrangement of training (DISE) 2014-15 as the base year for all markers in view of DISE and DISE 2015-16 as the present year," said a senior government official.
