Three year Diploma in Optometry / Ophthalmic Tech or Two year diploma in Optometry / Ophthalmic Tech after 10+2 level

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% marks & having atleast participation in the Inter College/Inter Zonal/District/school competition in sports and games as recognized by the AIU/IOA/SGFI/Govt. of India; OR Bachelor's degree in Physical Education with 50% marks( BPE or BPES), OR Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 45% marks & studied physical education as compulsory/elective subject; OR Bachelor’s degree with 45% marks & having participating in National/ Inter University/ State competitions or secured 1st, 2nd or 3rd position in inter College/ Inter-Zonal/ District/ School competition in sports and games as recognized by the AIU/IOA/SGFI/Govt. of India; OR Bachelor’s degree with participation in international competitions or secured 1st, 2nd or 3rd position in National/inter University competition in sports and games as recognized by respective federations / AIU/IOA/SGFI/Govt. of India

10+2 examination with at least 50% marks with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following subjects:- Mathematics / Computer Science / Biology conducted by a recognized board or its equivalent examination

For Sports sponsorship category only 10+2 or its equivalent examination in any stream conducted by a recognized Board / University / Council

10+2 with atleast 50% marks in aggregate or its equivalent examination in any stream conducted by a recognized Board / University / Council in the aggregate OR 45% marks in 10+2 in any stream with atleast 55% in English as the subject.
