The college has a dedicated Training and Placement Cell that works towards preparing students to meet industry requirements. The placement process typically commences in the 7th or 8th semester of the course, KNCET invites employers and gives students the chance to interview through their Placement and Training Cell. Practising for interviews and group discussions is the main goal of the training section.
