Five merit-cum-means scholarships—one reserved for female students—will be awarded by the college to qualified but meritorious students.
Additionally, in the event that a student's parent passes away while they are pursuing their education in the college, their tuition payments will be waived. The College sees this as part of its social obligation and a sincere attempt to advance legal education in the community by making sure a deserving student can complete their studies even in the event that an unanticipated crisis arises from the unexpected loss of the "bread earner."
The college has taken a bold and social step in favouring meritorious students. Every year, it grants state rank holders complete freeship.
Post-Matric scholarships are available to all students from Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, and Arunachal Pradesh, courtesy of their respective state governments. Assamese students from S.C. and S.T. groups are also eligible for Assamese government scholarships.
Students from minority communities (Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, and Parsis) are eligible to apply for the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India's Merit-cum-Means Scholarship Scheme.
