Periyar Maniammai Institute of Science and Technology (PMIST) offer various scholarship programs to support deserving and meritorious students. These scholarships aim to provide financial assistance and encourage academic excellence.
For UG Students:
PMIST offers scholarship amount of INR 1, 20,000 to the UG students pursuing B. Tech programme which is based on their merit. B. Tech students will be provided this amount of scholarship depending on the marks scored in 10+2 level along with JEE scores.
For students pursuing B. Com, B. Ed, and other UG courses will be awarded a scholarship amount of INR 1, 15,000 based on their marks obtained in their 10+2 level and JEE scores.
For PG Students:
PMIST, Thanjavur offers scholarship amount of INR 15,000/- to those students who are pursuing MBA. This scholarship will be awarded based on the marks obtained in UG courses (CGPA) along with the scores obtained in CAT/MAT/XAT exams.
For M. Tech students, candidates who are already from PMIST will be awarded a scholarship of INR 30,000/- per year. Students who are qualified with GATE along with the CGPA of 8.5 or above will be awarded INR 25,000/- per year. Students with CGPA between CGPA 7.5 to 8.49 will receive INR 20,000/- per year and students with CGPA 6 to 7.49 will receive INR 15,000/- per year.
