The Placement Cell of SIST, Chennai organizes various training programmes to help students to identify their strengths, needs and interests and guide them through well-structured training programmes viz., Aptitude and Technical Modules, under Career Development Programme. Thus, every student gets an opportunity to enhance his/her professional skills and knowledge to be industry ready.
Recruitment process commences from the beginning of 7th semester itself – Letters shall be forwarded to the Companies. Job description shall be shared with the students and the Placement Cell organises pre-placement talk, online/offline tests followed by Technical and HR Interview. Successful students shall be intimated the results of the same.
