KLE Technological University, Hubli – Application/Admission Process

Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria with valid scores/rank in Common Entrance Tests like COMEDK UGET, KCET, and NATA for the respective Programme shall submit their application online as mentioned below:

• To visit the official website of KLE Technological University at kletech.ac.in
• To click on ‘Apply now
• Register themselves by providing minimum information with a valid Email ID and Mobile numbers.
• Fill in the application form by providing personal/academic information
• To upload a scanned copy of Rank Card/Admit Card/Score Card, passport size photo.
• To Pay the application fee through Debit/Credit/Net banking mode
• Click on the Submit button and obtain the acknowledgment printout for future reference.
• Candidates can also submit their applications through Common Entrance Tests websites like KCET/COMEDK for Engineering applicants, Karnataka PGCET for MCA applicants, and KMAT for MBA applicants by making payment of the requisite fee as applicable.

Following are the documents to be uploaded while applying online:

• Marks sheet of 10^th/12^th/UG applies to the Programme being used.
• Passport size photograph
• Scorecard of the Common Entrance Test as applicable to the Programme
• Aadhar card
• SC/ST/OBC certificate, if applicable.
