The Indian Institute of Management offers scholarships to its students based on both merit and financial need. These scholarships are available for different degree programs and include fee waivers, monthly stipends, and grants for expenses like laptops and conference attendance.
Students pursuing a full-time programme at IIM are offered INR 30,000 in the 1st and 2nd years while INR 40,000 is offered to the students from the 3rd and 4th years. However, selected candidates are required to pay a caution deposit of INR 30,000/- at the time of registration which is refundable after leaving the institution.
The scholarships aim to provide equal opportunities for all students, irrespective of their gender or background. Reserved categories, such as SC/ST students, also receive financial support.
Ph.D. students at IIM Raipur are eligible for fellowships that cover tuition and other academic expenses. The amount of reimbursement varies depending on the year of study, and additional grants are available.
