This college is centrally funded so it is one of the good and affordable option after IITs, NITs and IIITs with its beautiful and well maintained campus.It offers various courses in Diploma, BTech and MTech. In BTech course its course curriculum is upto mark and provides theoretical as well as practical knowledge. But It lags very much behind in placements and research opportunities.

The infrastructure of College is very well. There are various blocks of our college, and various infrastructure facilities are available here. The playground of sims is very well, and various games are held in our college .every year. I have not faced any infrastructure issues in college.Many placement drives have held by our college. Various companies visit our college every year. Every year, many students from our college are placed in MNCs. SIMS is one of the best colleges for placements. In the previous year, many students had placed in various Indian private companies.
