JEE MAIN 2023 Application Form

JEE MAIN 2023 has two papers, one for Engineering and the other for Architecture. While Jee Main for engineering admissions is conducted online mode, JEE Main exam for architecture admissions two papers are conducted online, and one paper i.e drawing paper is conducted as Paper Based Test. The online application for JEE Main 2023 starts on March 2023. The last date is March 2023. While filling out the application form candidate has to choose which paper he/she intends to attend and in which mode he/she prefers to give the exam. In this article, all the information on JEE Main 2023 application form is given.  The submission of applications has been re-opened from April 2023 to April 2023.

Documents/Data Required for filling JEE Main Application form 2023:

The requirement of AADHAAR:

a) All candidates from India should possess an AADHAAR card. The candidates must enter their Aadhaar Number, name, DOB, and gender on their Aadhaar card. Any mismatch of particulars, candidates will not able to fill out the application form for JEE Main 2023.

b) For the candidates who don’t have Aadhaar, NTA has specially set up facilitation centers in each city of examination for the purpose of Aadhaar enrolment without any charge.

c) For the candidates who enrolled for Aadhaar, but were not received should enter their 28-digit Enrolment ID which is printed on the Aadhaar enrolment slip.

d) If the enrolment facility is not available at facilitation centers, the applicants should submit a request for Aadhaar enrolment. The facilitation center will issue a registration number to such candidates.

e) The candidates who passed or appeared in Class XII from the states of J&K, Assam, and Meghalaya need to enter their passport number, ration card number, bank A/c number or any other valid Govt. ID number provided they should select the city of examination in these states only.

  • Valid e-mail id and mobile number.
  • The candidate should have a scanned image of his/her photograph and signature as per the instructions given below.

3. Dimension: 3.5cm x 4.5cm (Width x Height)

3. Size: 4 kb to 30 kb

 

How to Apply Online:

1) Candidates must apply for JEE Main 2023 only Online.

2) JEE Main 2023 application process starts on March 2023.

3) Candidate must have a mobile number and email id for authentication while filling up the application form.

3) Aadhaar Number or Aadhaar Enrolment Number or Registration Number provided by Aadhaar Facilitation Center is mandatory to apply for JEE Main 2023.

4) Candidates should upload scanned images of their photograph and signature along with their personal & academic details.

5) Candidates can download the acknowledgment page as proof of successful submission of the application form. 

Registration:

Fill out the online registration form with all the required details, and then choose a PASSWORD, a Security Question & Answer, and then Submit. An application Number is generated to complete the remaining steps of the application.         

Password:

i) Password must be 8 to 13 characters long.

ii) At least one Uppercase Alphabet.

iii) At least one Uppercase Alphabet

iv) At least one Lowercase Alphabet.

v) At least one numeric value.

vi) At least one special character (!@#$%^&*-).

 

Steps to Apply Online:

1) Using the generated Application Number and Password candidate is able to log in directly.

2) Fill out the particulars of the application form.

   a) Choose the Mode of Exam and Exam Centre.

   b) Personal and Academic Details.

   c) Address for Communication.

   d) Other required details.

3) Then upload the scanned photograph and signature.

4) Particulars can be modified only before payment of fees.

5) Pay the fee through a Credit/Debit card or e-challan.

6) On successful submission, the candidate will receive confirmation mail/SMS.

7) Take a printout of the application for future reference.
