LUCKNOW — The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) has successfully wrapped up its summer placement drive for the flagship Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM). Reaffirming its standing among India’s top B-schools, the institute achieved a 100% placement record, securing over 600 offers for its eligible students.
The recruitment drive saw the highest stipend reaching INR 3.5 lakh per month. Students received opportunities across key industry sectors, with strong participation from both longstanding corporate partners and premier first-time recruiters.
Management Consulting and Financial Services emerged as the primary recruiters during the summer placement process. Leading global consulting practices extended roles in strategy, operations, digital transformation, and business analysis.
In the financial domain, top recruiters offered roles across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate Banking, and Equity Research.
The placement cycle featured active participation from major industry leaders, including:
Consulting & Strategy: Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), McKinsey & Company, Accenture Strategy, EY-Parthenon, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, and Kearney.
Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI): Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Citi Group, Deutsche Bank, Avendus Capital, American Express, and Bernstein.
FMCG / Consumer Goods: Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), Procter & Gamble (P&G), Colgate-Palmolive, Tata Consumer Products, and Pidilite.
Technology & Product Management: Arcesium, Sprinklr, Tesco, and UKG.
First-time recruiters such as Bank of New York Mellon, NIIF, Paytm Money, Saint-Gobain, SMBC, and Maruti Suzuki further broadened the spectrum of internship opportunities.
The batch comprised 578 candidates, with 459 students possessing prior professional work experience across sectors like IT, engineering, finance, and marketing, alongside 119 high-performing freshers.
According to institute officials, the 100% placement outcome highlights the recruiters' continued confidence in the rigorous curriculum and industry preparedness of IIM Lucknow candidates.
